Apple Pie Smoothie

1 rounded cup Granny Smith apple – Peeled, Cubed, and Frozen

2 scoops Vanilla No Udder Protein Powder

1 cup unsweetened vanilla plant milk (I used Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew milk)

½ cup 100% apple juice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup ice cubes


In a blender combine the frozen apple chunks, Vanilla No Udder Protein Powder, plant-based milk, apple juice, cinnamon, and ice

Blend on high until smooth

Enjoy as is or top with some yummy plant based whipped cream and cinnamon
